I'm sure you can tell in our branding that we do things a little differently and we are socially aware of the impacts we have on the wedding and service industry as well as culturally in how people celebrate themselves.
It's important to me (Erin) to make sure my people are happy and comfortable here. I'm a pretty casual person to work with. I'm also here to support and lift yall up - If you would like any references of what it's like working with us, I can share Sierra or Margo's information with you to check with.
TRIAL PROCESS:
We always start yall off with shadowing / assisting to see a few types of weddings, and to show you the behind the scenes. This job isn't the stereotype you see as Jennifer Lopez in "The Wedding Planner" -- so we like to make sure you are okay with the work and stress it takes to do a job like this! Long story short, we like to make it a casual start to make sure it feels like work you have dreamed of - and making sure on our end that we think you have the awareness and work ethic to do it!
